All files uploaded to OQENS remain in the designated target region (e.g. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure AP-West region). We do not mirror or replicate your files to external third-party servers, keeping your raw data fully compliant with regional localization acts and strict GDPR guidelines.
OQENS does not scan or read your raw file content, preserving workspace confidentiality. However, as an infrastructure host, we actively respond to verified DMCA takedown requests. Custom domain tenants are fully responsible for policing their publicly shared assets. Violations of content policies may lead to custom domain suspension.
