Privacy Policy

At OQENS, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws. This policy describes how we collect, store, and process information.

1. Information We Collect

OQENS acts primarily as an infrastructure and object storage provider. We collect basic account information (such as your username, email address, and hashed password) when you register a workspace. We also collect billing records and payment logs linked to subscription status updates.

We do not index, inspect, or scan the files you upload to your private media nodes, preserving strict workspace confidentiality.

2. Data Locality and Security

All files uploaded to OQENS are stored within isolated cloud storage compartments in our regional data center location. We do not distribute, replicate, or share your data files with third-party tracking services or external databases. Access to your tenant database records is guarded by API credentials and access-token checks.

3. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal records and workspace databases. You can exercise these rights at any time by terminating your workspace, which permanently purges all uploaded objects and metadata from our servers, or by reaching out to our administration.
