These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cloud storage and delivery nodes provided by OQENS. By accessing or registering a workspace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
OQENS provides cloud storage, edge routing nodes, and developer credentials. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Accounts on paid plans will be prompted to setup payment via our authorized gateways. All discount offers and coupons must be applied at the time of subscription activation.
You are fully responsible for the compliance of all files uploaded, processed, or served via your custom domain. You agree not to use OQENS to store or distribute any illegal content, malware, or copy-protected assets that violate Intellectual Property rights. We reserve the right to suspend API access or custom domains upon receipt of verified DMCA takedown requests.
Every workspace plan is subject to designated storage volume and bandwidth transfer quotas. System actions (like uploading and downloading files) will be automatically blocked once a workspace exceeds its limits to prevent server resource degradation. Under no circumstances shall OQENS be liable for disruptions caused by quota-based resource throttling.
